Who can apply to the Forum?
Students from any University, degree or discipline are welcome to apply. We screen applications and CVs on a rolling basis, so we strongly encourage you to apply as early as possible. Alumni tickets are available for any LSE-alumni individuals and professional tickets are valid for any non-student or industry professional. Please go to the ‘Register’ section to apply.
How much does it cost to attend? What is included?
The student ticket of GBP 139 plus booking fees covers two full days. This includes all lunches, breakfast pastries, coffee breaks and all complementary networking reception refreshments. LSE Alumni tickets are GBP 200 plus booking fees,which covers both days, this special price is only for LSE Alumni student and ID will be checked against Alumni database. We cannot offer any additional discounts or different ticket types. Professional tickets are GBP 280 plus booking fees, which covers both days. We cannot offer any additional discounts or different ticket types.
What is the application procedure? When do I have to pay?
We aim to notify successful applicants the outcome of their application within 1-2 weeks after registering. Due to the volume of applications we receive, once offered a place you must complete payment within 72 hours, or your place will be balloted to somebody else in our waiting list.

What are the 'workshops'?
Two workshops will be running simultaneously in different rooms during the allocated workshop times, so you will have the choice of which one you prefer to attend. We will issue further details about your preferred choice of workshop nearer to the Forum.
I have purchased my ticket. When can I expect to hear further information?
We will email all attendees full information approximately two weeks before the Forum.
I can no longer attend a part of the Forum, or I only want to attend on one day.
Tickets are for two full days and are non-refundable and non-transferable. We cannot offer any concessions if you are unable to attend any part of the Forum, or if you cannot attend on one day.
What should I bring to the Forum?
The email you receive after purchasing your ticket is your official e-ticket. A physical paper printout of that email is needed. We do not send postal tickets. Students will not be permitted to enter without showing a photographic University identity card. This University ID card must have your photograph, your name and the name of your University on it. Alternatively one piece of photographic ID and another piece of student ID can be used.
What is the Forum dress code?
The Forum dress code is business formal.
Is overnight accommodation included?
Unfortunately the ticket price does not include accommodation.
Can I obtain a video recording or slides from the Forum?
We do not record the Forum, and all materials are limited to attendees only.
I am an international student.
We welcome students from around the world. Although we cannot cover flight or accommodation costs, we can provide an official letter to support your non-EU visa application once your place is confirmed. In previous years we have had strong interest and attendance from students outside of the UK.
